    By submitting and registering the information details thru the Westfield Online portal , it will be known and binding to Westfield Science Oriented School and Colleges, Inc., and the parent/guardian/s  of the child/ward that both fully understand, agree, accept, and remain cognizant of the terms and conditions of the enrollment agreement, applicable Enrollment Waiver, and Parent Undertaking.
